Hello August… the last of Summer for the North, and the last of Winter for the South. And let me tell you, I am READY for the warm weather to return to the Land Down Under! I’m so tired of being cold all the time. The houses in Australia are literally built to stay as cool as possible, so that doesn’t help me at all. But hey, I take the cold weather particularly poorly as I’m allergic to it. Yes, literally. I’m in the 0.5% of the human population who suffer extreme reactions (potentially fatal depending on the conditions) to what normal folk would simply an average winter day to rug up.
